TRADE IN NIFTY FUTURE DISCIPLINE, FAITH, PATIENCE
RULES TO FOLLOW -
1. Trade in 4 lots (maximum) of Nifty future. You can start with 1 lot also. (DISCIPLINE)
2. Follow EMA 13/ EMA 34/ EMA 55 / EMA 89 or any other EMA as per your study.(DISCIPLINE)
3. Don’t expect profit from first trade itself. Be ready for initial losses in few trades. As per back testing of method, we have to trade in discipline for at least 6 months. Longer the duration, chance of getting profit is more. (FAITH & PATIENCE)
4. No need to follow any other technical indicator, news or tips etc. (FAITH)
5. Check the signal between 3.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. on daily basis (DISCIPLINE)
6. Enter in trade as per Signal by Price & Exponential Moving Average (EMA) crossover (DISCIPLINE & PATIENCE)
7. Wait for opportunity to exit from previous trade and enter in New Trade. Here you will book your losses or profits. (DISCIPLINE & PATIENCE)
8. When Price is above all 4 EMA Values, you should have 4 long (BUY) position in Nifty (DISCIPLINE)
9. When Price is below all 4 EMA Values, you should have 4 short (SELL) position in Nifty (DISCIPLINE)
10. Rollover your position to the next month before 4/5 days of expiry if we are getting same signals. Here you will book your losses or profits. (DISCIPLINE & PATIENCE)
Trade in Nifty as a Machine without any emotions like fear, greed & over confidence.
REASON TO TRADE IN NIFTY FUTURE
Nifty consists of 50 stocks so it is as good as diversified portfolio.
We require less margin for trading in Nifty future compare to other available futures.
This is not a copy n paste article. I wrote it as per my past experience and study of data.
Please take your own decision. Unless you are sure about trading in share market, please don’t trade.
