Hi,

I am posting sone of my tech. secrets on this forum for the 1st time, hope u all like this (experts comments & views welcome)

I usually trade in commodities as it provides good volatality and time flexibility, from past many years i have tried and tested 100's of indicators and all sorts of methods - the simplest and most effective one is i follow nowadays is to trade almost without zero indicators - u have to just analyze supply and demand zone on H1 or H4 charts (bigger the time frame huge is the reversal) longer the consolidation more profitable trades u get, here are some basic rules i follow for intraday trading in commodities.

Rules.
1) open H1 Chart of any commodity or stock and with minimum 25 days time
2) use candlestick chart
3) Now figure out the demand and supply zone in that chart and put horizontal lines (thats our supp. and ress. levels)
4) now wait for the price to consolidate near this zones for atleast 4 hrs. if u see the H-1 candles failing to break prev. low or close, for atleast 3 to 4 hrs. wait for the next candle to close and confirm your entry on close of that last candle with sl of prevoius candles low. (this could be used eihter way - I mean bullish or bearish trades)
5) more the power of consolidation - the most profitable trades it is going to be.
6) Now the real trade is you get on H-4 time frame - major trend reversal can be spotted on this time frame. (min. 4 candles consolidation enough).
(P.S. : Traders should have basic candlestick knowledge for this trades)
(Most Important thing in this trade setup is Patience and faith)
I am posting some charts of H-1 and H-4 for reference.

thanks

Reviving this thread as there is a renewed interest in Supply and Demand Zone.

Let's all contribute and discuss.
