TRADING AND BREATHING |

all know we need oxygen to survive every minute.... with out food we can live 100 days or more, not every one but many have done it before, with out water we can survive nearly 7 days, but i never heard some one survived with out oxygen more than 5 minutes......... so breathing is the most important function in a the human body......... but no one cares or worried.... seldom people give importance to breathing, unless otherwise one day he feel it difficult for him to breath
Surprised their is a relationship between breathing and the thoughts generated in your mind.........JUST HOLD YOUR BREATH OF 30 SECONDS.........you will realise that no thoughts are entering in to your mind......you wont be able to think about any thing with out breath......... SO breath is directly related to thoughts and proper functioning of our mind.....
SO WHILE U ARE FACING A PANIC SITUATION, while u facing a problem u may have noticed that your breathing is not proper and u start fainting and all... yes the same is happens when u trade..... some thing goes against u , your breathing function stops working properly..... end result u wont be able to think properly
REMEDY
a common man used only 10 % of his lungs capacity while he inhale ..... but the people who practice pranayaama can absorb oxygen 5-6 times more than the common man......... every one panic, but see the difference, a person who do pranayama regularly will observe more oxygen in any baad situation than the other ones....so they will be able to concentrate and they will be able to think properly......
less oxygen means improper mind function
more oxygen means proper functioning of mind
so this is the relation......so yoga as a whole helps to maintain your health.... if u are healthy your mind will work properly..... even if u face loss in the morning it never affect u and u will be able to sit calm for the next opportunity..............
pranayama helps
1} improving lungs capacity ....that means more oxygen
2] helps proper functioning of digestion system
3} helps to work the kidney properly,
4.. helps to work the liver its best
5... your skin will become more sensual and it will act like second kidney
6... blood circulation will improve
7} u will get lot of blood in your brain region.... less oqygen to the brain is
the only reason to panic

These occasional stoploss with often targets will help one achieve your goals,if you embrace them gladly and follow a system with a plan and goal.
even though no one likes or discusses stoplosses but they are part of every successful trading system.a trader who doesnt accept stoploss in a trade is on the way to accept stop trading.

shashasana means rabit pose
first u have to sit in diiamond pose ( vajrasana), then u have to stretch forward and......................................... just check in youtube or google it

I suggest aggressive or active traders should attend a full course of vipassana, at igatpuri its for all faiths belief and sect for ages above 14 (M/F) and and subsequently attend refreshers at centres near you
