Dear daitya,

Thank you for your nice gesture in posting Trend Deviation formula for Amibroker. It will be useful to all persons having Amibroker. By the way would it be possible to post the MACD indicator being used by Trade Master in this thread . Thanking you in advance.

Dear Trade Master,
I thank you whole heartedly for sharing such a good system with all of us. By going through the posts and charts , it appears that your system should work well. After a few more days of live observation , I intend to trade EOD using your method .
Thanking you once again.

the afl shows that TD is another form of trading based on closing above/below 14 day MA. Nevertheless, if it appears more visually appealing in the form of TD, fine as well.

Dear all,
Gone thru tis tread today. Trying to apply this strategy. Today TRD of Bhartiairtel (EOD) is at .99, but MACDO is at -2.92, though upward moving. Still can i initiate a long?

Dear trademaster sir,
As per this technique, either trd should cross 1 and macdo should cross 0 at a time or trd should cross 1 first. But below chart shows where macdo crosses 0 first and then trd crosses 1 still it has given a valid buy signal.
all trade-gurus are invited for discussion.
regards,
srihari.

There will be some false signals generated by simply trading on this trend deviation indicator.

If you use ROC indicator along with it and then trade , you will get good results.

Make sure ONE is being crossed in TD indicator and at same time ROC should have its blue line value in +ve range. That's it , you can go for trade as it is strong indication.

Check historical charts to see it working well with both indicators.

It is always good to keep SL of previous day low when you are going with these indicators. So that if trend is reversed , you can get out with minimum SL.
