Ravi Hi,
Yesterday, in nifty 60 min chart, u spotted bullish divergence immediately after tall bearish candle. What parameter u keep in mind which help u to anticipate that its another lower low.
Quite similar is ur reply on RIL EOD in other thread. The last candle is a bearish candle.
Kindly share ur valuable observation.

I entered the trade with 25 as SL, took a risk of about 12 points and got it ....

Reliance 38.2% easily done... 938 now...

Based on these you can initiate trades if not done already... SL should be below 888 as of now...

Is it a bearish divergence in bank nifty 60min?
It appears at monthly pivot point. Also there is a confluence of 200sma and 50ema around 11000.
Bears are u ready to push it down???

Hi,
Hope you have not taken the short position here on the basis of divergence.
BNF is in strong uptrend on your chart there is no meaningful retracement still in it. Instead it formed a congestion with false bearish divergence to trap ppl on the wrong side that is in SHORTS.
I am attaching a chart with my understanding. also note why the previous bullish div worked.
