You mean how to use the chart or how to get such a chart? How to use the chart has been explained in the trading guidelines and two other posts about strategies.

I am currently testing this chart (automatic display of levels & updates), once it is ready I will provide a way for RT-Premium subscribers to access it (it will update every 30 secs or so).
