Gail has closed below up pivot 442.3 on 15/30 tf . So we can short now, and add more short if gets proper rejection at 15tf/30tf.
Down Pivot is 454 now.
Am I correct Jai/rain ?

SAIL is in uptrend now (30 minutes time frame), first pull back is in process.... The moment I get a proper rejection , I shall go long...
Although target fixing is a no-no in this method, still based on fib. count on weekly 186/200 levels are achievable (LTP-146). Ofcourse , if SL gets hit before that, I shall be out already...

Can you please help identifying me the swing pivots for Airtel in 30 mins charts. Is it still in uptrend??

hi,
i think, there are 3 types of pivots in this method.
1.crossover
2.rejection
3swing high/low ( also known as downswing / upswing pivot.)
i want to know whether trend reversal takes place only when dsp/usp is broken or the positions can be reversed if latest rejection pivot is broken?eg the chart posted by sumesh for bajaj auto the latest rejection pivot is broken but swing direction is said to be reversed iff usp is broken.
breaking of rejection pivot can be used to exit existing position and not for entering trade in reverse direction?
.also the best position to enter is first rejection pivot.
is it correct?

Bharti 30Tf is in down trend & the pivot is 389.85. 15 TF is in uptrend & the pivot is -363.55.

hello how possible 3 types of pivots? There is only one pivot. Rejection candle's high or low is only SL for day traders or it would be a TSL for swing traders. And yes you are correct rejection based entry is safe to enter a swing trade.

Hi Jai,
Thanks for your response. But pls make me clear that how is it possible that 1 script can have uptrend and downtrend rejection in 2 close TF. Also which TF is better to trade at.
Here in Bharti Airtel, a person who is short in 30 min TF will have to keep SL at 389.85 (28/4/11). But again if we take last week when Bharti was trading at 375 (28/5/11), was it a right time to short it or when it was trading at 387 on 2/6/11.
Please make me clear in this aspect.

hello sorry the Pivot i mentiond is for 60TF. 30Tf also in uptrend pivot is 345.70.
Here in Bharti Airtel, a person who is short in 30 min TF will have to keep SL at 389.85 (28/4/11).
how 30Tf trader's Sl would be pivot? 382.25 was upswing pivot.So 30tf trader would hav been shorted @ 382.25 with SL of389.85. Low was 345.70 nearly 45 point profits. R:R-1:7 .After this much profits one should use TSl to protect his profits. Spec sir clearly explained abt using TSL.You can find it here

And to me the moment has come.. today's 10:30 candle seems to be a rejection on 34 for Long... Although, didn't close above 34 ema on 30tf.. I still feel is good enough..
