is there any facility to transfer all my stocks which are in Demat and pool account of my current broking house to you?
how the mobile trading look like.... i mean is it web based or shall i have to download from android market? |

Yes. Once you open a trading account with de-mat with us, you can do a "Close and transfer" of all the stocks in your current de-mat account to tradejini demat a/c.
Yes. You can trade through your mobile using the "NOW" platform available in the Android "play store" in your device.

is there any condition of android version to download as my mobile is of 2.3.3 version..is is compatible?
what is the exact nomenclature of the app you mentioned |

You can download "NSE MOBILE TRADING" from android Play Store. There is no version restriction.
