Hi

I usually use the charts from office due to which I am facing issues in connecting to the Platinum charts.

As we are already logging to access the Jcharts,is there anyway you can remove the additional login facility so that we can continue to access Platinum charts to our benefit.

I am sure many other users are facing this firewall issue.

Pls do the needful Sad

Hi,

I am also facing the same issue from the office.when contacted icharts for the issue ,they requested for port forwarding ,which is not possible in office network.also an there be any workaround for the same?

iCharts team: Platinum Charts are not opening since yesterday afternoon. You should atleast provide information about downtime of any particular service on homepage or by email/sms, so that one doesn't keep on wasting time attempting to access that service.
