Hi

As we were already complaining the difficulties in not being able to access from work place due to firewall restrictions, is there any other option for your team to come up with a solution to use platinum charts through mobile atleast?

I am using android ICS version which doesnt support the MS Silverlight software. Can you ensure to provide some solution to us by using some android compatible software to access the charts?

Being member of icharts and paying more than 1000 bugs monthly, it is extremely disappointing that i have been blocked from all angles , @ work and through mobile , to enjoy trading.

I can only hope that your team provides some resolution to this, failing which i am hesitant to renew my subcription henceforth.

We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing. We will try to work and resolve this issue. As we don't control the network at your work, we are not sure that it will be resolved fully. In the mean time you may want to access JCharts, which is our Java based charting tool.

We are in the process of building an Android based charting tool and will inform you as soon as it is done.

1 You must be having a laptop running Win. Get a good dongle and 3g prepaid. Reliance has a Rs 99/m gprs scheme in Bombay. Aircel B'lore has an unlimited 3g scheme (slower after 2gb/m) for Rs 447/3m. I am sure your city has a similar scheme
2 Talk to your tech staff and convince them you are not seeing Sunny Deol flic or Sunny Leone pic. Get an exception for IC to be allowed thru the firewall

Can you at least give us alerts on my mobile (REMOVED BY ADMIN)?

You need to have silverlight plugin installed on your work computer for Platinum to work. Can you request your office folks? In the meanwhile we are working on a mobile solution that will even work in your workplace.
It will take few weeks for us to launch it.

In the mean time let me explore the option to see if we can generate alerts. Are there any specific scrips that you are looking for sir?

I have installed silverlighr plugin in my office pc,but still there is server problem.
I m interested in current months Nifty futures since i always keep my position open in it. For this month i am having nifty future (27 june).
I m interested in 10 miniutes supertrend chart. Can you help me till you solve the problem of acess?

You need to get silverlight port unblocked. Please send an email to support@icharts.in, team will let you know the port that has to unblocked.
