StopLosses triggered in:
Jet Airways, JSL, IOC, Indiabulls Securities (Long)
Tata Steeel , BHEL (Short)
After entering a trade, trader is expected to trail, book profits and exit on own. Sometimes, a trade can go way further up than given target and lock in Upper circuits; some days (like Biocon today) can retrace just before touching target price. Also some trades that don't work in the day have chances of going in our direction the next day. But all this is just part and parcel of the business. Don't trade without stoploss and everything should be fine. even if stoplosses are hit in most trades, we need 20% success rate to make up for those losses!
I personally don't advice on carrying positions, unless mentioned so. |

Undoubtedly, this is a great thread you have started. Congrats Vanile you are getting such an accuracy. Could you please upload your list of stocks in advance so that one may at least set a bunch of stocks on screen.
You hv mentioned 20% success rate is required to make up the loss. Vanile, if SL is triggered in 6 stocks then one has to be in profit in next 7-8 stocks to make his/her loss since one has lost brokerage amount too. Having lost money in stocks, i think one need more than 100% success rate to recover the lost money. needn't he? |

As I look this, he has hit profit targets in at least 12 today so 6 losses would not make difference.....the strike rate then is 2/3. Also the rr is 2:1 or 3:1 in all..... Many rose much more..... Not calculated or seen what happened to other stocks recommended to arrive final figures. It's important we somehow make a proper excel analysis ... Valine can help.
True 20 percent success rate would need 5:1 RR for breakeven  |
