Booked profit and sold last buy position of one lot at 9620 at 3:29 PM  ...
Sold more 2 lot of June Future at the same price of 9620 ... Reversal point tomorrow will be updated later.
so the last lot gave profit of (9620-9490) 130 points ... say 127 points substraction odd 3 points for brokerage ... so 9525 rupees.

1. loss 10200 post reference dated 29th march '17
2. profit 4993 ... so loss still remained 5007 ( as of 9th April' 17)
3. profit of 9119 in 2 split ... so we have profit of 9119-5007 = 4112 (as of 21 april'17)
4. profit of 4950 ... so total 4950+4112= 9062 (as of 24th april '17)
5. profit of 2400 (one lot in loss and one lot in profit) ... so total 9062+2400 = 11462 (as of 30th May '17)
6. profit of 9900 in one lot and 9525 in another .. means 19425 in 6th trade.
Total profit made in this thread is 11462 + 19425 = 30887 |

Today , Nifty June Future closing above 9684 is reversal level of my trade.
Position : sold 2 lots @ 9620

I shorted today 2 lots @9620 , wasn't sure of downside move (Even not sure now  ) but then decided to start with system without getting too involved( also because intraday just doesn't work  ) ,btw do you keep any SL order for example like 20 points above reversal level at least initially to avoid market running off ? |

Congratulation , first time you have leaped with closed eye!Welcome to the world of blinds.
Ah! well , i DO NOT keep any SL order 20 points above or 30 points above ... How can i seriously know if after my SL is hit and market is not going towards my trade direction ...Instead , I have reversal level ... Not just booking loss (limited one) , also reverse the direction of trade for not letting the trend left me behind.
My trading system is based on a timeframe .... within that time frame market may go anywhere ... may hit my sl too , may be hit the target too (if there was any SL or TGT atall lol) ... But like a Dumb fellow my only concern is what happens at the days end.IT works and so I am more dumb these days to follow it .
If killing the ego makes you money , what you want to do !!!! Are you that desperate !
Lets make some.
Just make sure you have atleast the strength to loose 3 to 4 consecutive trade in bitter situations , Aye , it never happened , It happened only once .. or Twice ... But still ... Just be cautious about money management , because we can not be cautious about the market movement.

Reversal means closing all previous position and taking equal position on the opposite side.

Unfortunately since yesterday after my post , I was unable to trade or post anything here due to heavy thunderstorm and internet disconnection with power failure.
Everything is just sorted out ... charging my mobile , fixing internet and things are ok.
I squared off my position today@ 9677 (yesterday their line was too busy)by calling my broker, Unfortunately i could not took buy position today.
So loss in 2 lots are 9677-9620 = 57 * 2 lots = 114 * 75 = 8550 +150 = 8700 Rupees (feeling bad for Kedar)
Next trade I will try to do something for kedar to opt out one position when hourly sell signal comes in ... atleast to have a part profit .
Presently Bull is back again as per my setup ... Buy position should have a reversal level of closing below 9619 (it was for today).
Tomorrow I will take position in One lot at market opening and one lot as close as possible near the reversal point to average out ( if i am unlucky the average may go higher lol)
Will update the average price of 2 lots of buy position after the trade is executed.

Hi Ankur,
I still haven't covered my position even though there was no issue with my network ,I just didn't feel market should go up beyond high of 9708 so easily (this is bad on my part),It's more difficult to follow the system initially I guess and more so when your view contradicts with the system.I will cover short tomorrow and wait out if Market goes above 9700 (I am just feeling uncomfortable going long )and take next short signal,Sorry don't mind and thanks for update .

Bought one lot at 9645 and one lot at 9625 with reversal of closing below 9619 .
No problem kedar. As you wish.
If my view and my system contradicts ... i follow my system.
