It is in Microsoft Excel. It should open. Any specific error you are getting?

one cosmatic change, bullish levels shd be in green , and bearish levels in red. |

What you are seeing are support and resistance levels. You can use them or price near them as targets. Generally the rule is to have a TSL. Rest the creativity is yours .
