It is well said that history repeats itself. Is BNF going to repeat its bearish butterfly with weekly NR7 placed on 29th May?? This is really thousand dollar question for me right now.
First of all, I like to highlight 4 weekly NR7 placed by BNF in last 50 days.
1. Weekly NR7 (25th May - 29th May) High - 18789.90 Low - 18180 (mentions hereafter as "W1)
2. Weekly NR7 (8th Jun - 12th JUn) High - 17800.10 Low - 17138.50 (mentions hereafter as "W2)
3. Weekly NR7 (6th Jul - 10th Jul) High - 18996.30 Low - 18409 (mentions hereafter as "W3)
4. Weekly NR7 (25th May - 29th May) High - 19280.00 Low - 18701.00 (mentions hereafter as "W4)
BNF placed a bearish butterfly at the high of W1. BNF broke out W1 high on 1st jun but simultaneously bearish butterfly completed its D leg and moved the index down. Now, BNF has placed another bearish butterfly at the high of W4 in the same fashion. And. the bearish butterfly completes its D leg at 19339.
If Bearish butterfly moves the index down from here, BNF will be touching 18540 and then 17800.10 one more time.
I cant simply recommend here to sell BNF @ 19339 since bearish butterfly completes its D leg at this point. I can say that one should watch 30 and 60 min charts for looking out bearish signal like shooting star candle or any other and take decision accordingly.
In my previous post too, I mentioned that BNF will touch 19350. Please change it to 19339 now.

I mean BNF will place a bearish signal candle/s around 19339. Please do watch 30/60 min chart at this point.

Performance of last week's NR7 stocks is attached.
Last week, I was seeing reversal of BNF @19339 since this was the point where bearish butterfly would have completed its d leg i.e. 127.2 of XA. but it had already reversed from 19280 which was 59 points lower.
if you see 100 bearish butterfly pattern in different charts, you will find that 127.2 of XA point is not touched once or twice only.
Anyway, it has already reversed. Last week, I mentioned too that BNF will be touching 18540 and 17800.10 if it reverse from here.
I hope BNF will touch 18540 or 18409 (w3 low) next week and go choppy for a day at these points. if bnf remain unable to break down we may see 18789 - 19000 again.

Performance of last week's NR7 stocks is attached.
On last Monday, BNF not only touched 18540 and 18409 but also broke down these points. Below 18409, BNF went choppy when i was expecting that it will do above this point.
On Tuesday, BNF pulled up and kissed 18409 again and made a new low.
On Wednesday, BNF made neither any high nor any low and kept trading in a narrow range.
On Thursday, On Expiry day, buyers emerges and bnf broke up 18409 and kept trading above this point in the first half and in 2nd half, it suddenly broke down but managed to close above 18409.
On Friday, Market remained under the control of buyers and we might see 18789 in BNF which I was expecting.
Now, What about next week?
I am indeed bearish and believe that bnf should touch 17800 or below this point before it breaks out 19280 so BNF might start moving down any time or it has already started, it will be cleared on MOnday.

BNF made higher highs and lower low without breaking out 19280 this week. BNF kept trading in expanding triangle
Now it looks difficult that It will touch 17800 but might touch 18701 (w4 low) or 18540 next week and start moving up.

On last Monday, BNF touched 19148 and from there it moved down and kissed 18701 as well as 18540. I was expecting that BNF would moved up from 18540 since this was the point where BNF touched an expanding triangle lower channel.
