| I can recommend you then to research and study everything here really about something like that in your forex broker, sorry commodities and stock as well in their help messages, this forum have very little info about that which is not good;( |

Assuming you want to explore MCX (that's part of your name) I would say focus on
1. Crude oil
2. Nickel
3. Silver
These three have less spikes and tend to get into nice trends making them suitable for trading.
