hi measoldier, thank u for ur support Very Happy

areva was a break out, but the problem is it had a strong resistance around 335-340, and in past it has chocked price movement for atleast 4 times, as i mentioned earlier in my post that time tested trend lines, specially flat lines have huge strength to reverse the price movement, so after facing resistance at that level the stock has gone down to the bo level.

so plz in future, whenever u trade a bo, make sure that no such trend line is in your way

yes measoldier, now it should be averaged, but i would recommend u to buy in installments, it is forming such a pattern that the liner movement will dominant for some time, so buying a huge quantity at a fixed price will not be of great help, if u buy in installments, such as if u buy 1/3 of total buy here, then if some corrections come here, u may buy some in dips also, then buy the rest when bo comes, will give u better average,

then we may use a trick also, let us sell all the holdings at 335-340, (as we dont know at that time, whether it will clear the 345 resistance or not) and then, if the stock clears resistance wid good volume, let us re enter at 346-347 and continue with the up move,
in this way,we will loose 5-7 rupees but a great deal of tension can be avoided also Very Happy or else, after buying in installments, u just use trailing stops to grab the profit

Hi casper,

Nice analysis.. keep up the good work...

How about ICSA?
Can anyone buy around CMP with a S/L of 120 and a target of 190-220?

hi syndicate trader,
thanks for ur kind words and encouragements.

in case of icsa, we have a strong resistance level around 150-153, it has blocked the price movement for at least 4 times in past and its a flat line, so the ability to resist the price here will be maximum,
so in my view, we can take long position if this level is breached with increased vol. then we will have a clear path up to 190 with a mild resistance at 185
