This forum is to find out who stays longer(succesfully) in the market? The people who are aggressive or who play it conservatively going step by step.

Sartaj,

Good initiative though I must say it is too simple a question. I may think I am conservative but to another person I may be aggressive. Also at times I may be conservative at other times aggressive . Same with different instruments - one style with equities another with commodities perhaps.

So the first step is to define conservative behaviour. Risk:reward ratio followed by a trader is a good measure of the same. So I think if you want this thread to run it cannot be a simple vote. It will be like voting whether "main gora hoon ya kaala hoon" - too subjective a statement. Please make objective benchmark of conservatism and then let's follow some method to collect impartial data on that.

Regards,

Oppo

There should have been a third option also : 'CONSISTENT'.......
The person who is consistent ( of course with sound money mgmt) wins the race.....

Sartaj

Please define Aggressive and Conservative

What I think is aggressive may not be aggressive for some one and what I think is conservative may not be conservative for some one.
