Market reached higher high. BNF is zooming like anything. I am planning to buy puts, if it closes below level on Friday.
17090.67 - 25%
16855.64 - 50 %

My Expectation is BNF will down at least 600 to 800 points from current point.
My plan is to buy put if BNF will close below 17388
Put 17400 - 50%
Put 16600 - 25 %

Its Rejoicing the merger of ING VYSYA with KOTAK ..... anticipating more M&A in the sector ..... or it could be that it rained some frogs somewhere in some part of the world

Such things have happened to me in past. We "think" that market should tale a particular but we "ignore" clear signals on chart.
For becoming better trader we need to develop very good discipline (of not entering trades BEFORE the completion a particular candle bar, to have well written trading system and FOLLOW stop loss.
In anothe thread, welgro has provided beautiful rules.
BTW : On 20th, BNF was WEAK but trend has still not changed. It has near term support at 17400.
Hope you can recover some of your losses in next 2 /3 days. I am unable to say whether BNF will turn bearish ! |
