The US Markets are at 5 year high.Jobmarket improved,consumer confidence improved .Euro is no longer in a position to challenge US$.Governments are ever ready with well oiled printing press.All is green till the hollowness of the recovey reveals.

Still markets can not do without corrections, for people looking for the correction in US market here is a hint.A -WW.Overshoot due.Just for an idea. Laughing

Andre,
It appears to be parallel visually. You might have checked with values and corresponding angles, then it could possibly be little diverging. For me divergence of channel is not a problem a little div is not at all a problem. Parallel or diverging channels won’t give you ETA, you have to guess it on your own as I did in this case.

As per WW setup BATAINDIA has already given entry on 28.01.2013

It was closed above lower trend line on 25.01.2013 with a high of 810 which was taken out next day by making high of 815.85

Now SL is close below 756

But a word of caution here: -

Wadges are not that much contracting so target ETA will be far away and also EPA will be much higher as I cannot see both in the chart. I would like to avoid this one.

Just for academic purpose...why did you take the point 4 at that candle...there cud be 3 possible potential candles which fulfill all the criteria of making it +WW....

There is no particular reason for choosing this point. I was just conservative. Optimists are free to take high point with higer EPA. Laughing
