A -ww in HDIL EOD chart.ETA around 16th Dec,EPA around 40.
A word of caution these high beta mid cap stocks are near multi year lows where as Index is near multi year highs. They may shoot up at any time... not advisable any positional shorts.
Chart is posted for the purpose just in case index is going down one may consider to short these for quick intraday profits....Hit and run.... don't stay.

Yesterday,I shorted HDIL @51.35 at the end of the day. Today morning covered in profit @50.80.Later HDIL shooted up around 2.5%....... Hit and run saved me. 
Now HDIL down 5%.Ha..haa.haa.

Had you not booked at nominal and waited for WW SL which is @close above yesterday high

Yes, True. But you need to have an understanding of current scenario and moods of the markets too. That's why I am adapting hit and run tactics at this juncture except in the strategies which are sufficiently hedged. A gap up opening around 5% in HDIL today supports my view. Not to wait for your profits to run. When HDIL is going down yesterday I shorted and booked few quick points in accordance with -ww; at the same time I haven't waited for my profits to run as per hit and run policy at this juncture.
Market is again and again proving that hit and run tactics is right at this point of time especially for bearish positions in mid cap and small cap though it's proving equally good for bullish positions too.

very well said of hit and run.....that is why i sold calls & puts yesterday...
one
- it acts at hedge
- also, the values were less than today's values combined despite the 100 points rise....so i was in profit even in morning....
