Do your your statements "3. 27, 02,604 or less not more....." and "9. And if the volume (15, 13,458 goes over by 2.75 %.... " apply for buy also or do they get reversed? e.g. "....or more not less" and ".....if volume goes under 2.75%...." |
vinay28,
Yes it applies to Buy Zones. Because when the price comes into the buy zone, need to be sure that there is less supply. Meaning at that price you want less selling and small the price to range, for the buyers who are waiting in the buy zone to buy because they are now perceiving that this price level is a low enough, and they go full stream to buy. That's when you see a high volume with a candle stick hammer, price will close at its high. You are then joining the crowd and with them you get pulled up by all initiative traders. The price then moves up till there are no buyers anymore, and a sell zone get formed.
I hope this helps. Let me now.

OK, so whether to buy or sell, you need less supply or demand. Wouldn't that result in wide spread in quotes if your volume is high? In otherwords you land up buying at higher price or selling at lower price? |

Well in Sell zone you need less buyers and in a Buy Zone you need less sellers. The spread depends who is winning the buyers or sellers.
I my opinion the spread get wide when there is thin trading, meaning less shares being traded overall. In just 8 to 10% less its not going to effect the spread. The 8 to 10% less, I found over time and screen time that worked for me, I am not saying that it will work all the time. But at least gave me an edge.
Example if you have more Buying(bidding the price up) in the sell zone on that day, especially if the price closes at the high, that means there is more interest in the stock and it can go higher. WE do not want that because we want to sell in that zone, so we do want less buyers pushing the stock up.
Does it make sense?
